There is healing in being seen. Often times we move through a major internal transformation without anyone being the wiser or knowing what we’ve just went through. It can be a such relief and release when we are seen for what we are experiencing. In the first half of this Audio Remedy, we take some time to just riff on what it feels like to be overwhelmed. You are definitely not alone. Even though it may feel like it.
Reassurance
Sometimes we just need to be reassured that everything is going to be ok. Even if it doesn’t go the way we thought it would. In the first half of this Audio Remedy, we take some time and dive into why you might be feeling this way and how it is most definitely a completely normal and human experience.
Vision Journey
Once we’ve brought you into a steady and open energetic place we’ll move into the Vision Journey. This part of the Audio Remedy is a one-of-a-kind experience. It is channelled from source frequency and the world unseen. Each one is uniquely and specifically channelled. Great care is taken to make sure it is created with clear energy born of the heart.
That same energy is then transmuted while you listen. Healing from the energetic realm first makes healing the mind and body abundantly easier. Since everything is energy, it is the base of all healing.
Self-Inquiry
Each Audio Remedy will have questions and moments of pause for self-inquiry. There truly is no greater healer, no expert or guru, that will know better than that of your inner-knowing. This Audio Remedy will create a bit of space for you to do that inquiry. Because, especially if we’re feeling overwhelmed, it can be something we easily forget.
432hz Binural Intro Music
In the first half of this Audio Remedy, the music play is 432Hz binaural beats. Binaural beats have been studied in a variety of contexts, including improved relaxation, focus, sleep and stress relief.
As for the 432 Hz frequency, studies have found that it improves sleep quality, and mood, and is beneficial for both emotional well-being and brain function. Sometimes called is the “musical frequency of nature” the 432Hz frequency resonates in harmony with the 8Hz of nature and everything from the land animals and in between.
